Dear Residents,

Tucker Tree Service will be trimming all palm trees throughout the property on Wednesday, October 14.

If your vehicle is parked beneath or near a palm tree, please move it for the day to an available guest parking space that is not adjacent to a palm tree. This allows the work to proceed without interruption and is a necessary precaution to prevent possible damage to your vehicle during the trimming work.

The oak tree located at the end of Unit #1 of the efficiencies building will also be pruned. Any vehicles parked beneath or near this tree must also be moved.

Neither Tucker Tree Service nor the Association will be responsible for damage resulting from a vehicle being left in an affected area.
