NEW LAWN GAMES IN RECREATION AREA

New lawn games are now available in the games area in the southeast corner of the property. Enjoy cornhole, croquet, Kubb, and lawn bowling with your neighbors and guests.

The former shuffleboard court has been removed, and the space has been re-sodded to create an open grass area for a variety of outdoor activities and casual play.

Game sets are stored in the storage room opposite the women’s restroom in the clubhouse. Please return all pieces to the storage room when you are finished so others can enjoy them too.

As with all common areas, please use the games safely and be considerate of nearby residents.

TRASH CHUTE & DUMPSTER REMINDER

To prevent blockages, odors, and extra costs to the Association, please always follow these rules:

The trash chute is for bagged household garbage only.

Do not put large or rigid items in the chute. Never place bed frames or rails, furniture or furniture parts, carpeting or rugs, boxes, wood or metal, appliances, or any construction debris in the chute.

If an item might get stuck, is too long, too wide, or too heavy, it does not belong in the chute. Arrange for bulk removal at your own expense.

Always tie bags securely before using the chute or dumpsters. No loose trash or liquids.

Use the recycling containers for newspaper, glass, aluminum, and plastic, and break down cardboard boxes before placing them in recycling or dumpsters.
